Eligibility

By creating an account or using the API, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Credit and billing

Credit is a prepaid service balance measured in USDC. It buys API usage and cannot be withdrawn as cash or cryptocurrency. Requests deduct from your balance according to token usage and the rates listed in the Pricing section when the request is processed. We do not charge a recurring subscription. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Deleting your account permanently ends access to its credit, including credit from payments still pending or received later. A payment does not restore a deleted account.

API keys

Keep your API keys private and revoke any key you believe has been exposed. Usage through your keys is charged to your account.

Your content and generated replies

You retain any rights you hold in the content you submit and must have the right to submit it. By submitting content, you give Arscelare permission to process it only as needed to provide the service.

We do not guarantee a particular response or result. Generated replies may contain errors and are not guaranteed to be unique. You are responsible for reviewing them and deciding whether they are suitable for your use.

Availability and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, Arscelare is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for all claims combined arising from or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the first event giving rise to any such claim.

These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit your mandatory consumer rights.

Prohibited use

Requests involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are prohibited. We use automated filtering to detect and reject them, but detection is not guaranteed.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage limits, or deliberately disrupt the service.

Data handling

We do not store prompt or reply text. The Privacy page explains which account, payment, and usage records are retained.

After account deletion

Deleting an account does not erase obligations or claims arising from earlier use. The payment and liability provisions continue to apply to that use.

If a provision is unenforceable

If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
